Westlake Announces Pricing of $1.2 Billion Offering of Senior Notes
Westlake Corporation (NYSE: WLK) (“Westlake”) announced today that it has priced its previously announced underwritten public offering of $600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2035 (the “2035 Notes”) and $600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2055 (the “2055 Notes” and, together with the 2035 Notes, the “Notes”) under its existing shelf registration statement. The 2035 Notes will bear interest at a rate of 5.550% per annum and will mature on November 15, 2035. The 2055 Notes will bear interest at a rate of 6.375% per annum and will mature on November 15, 2055. The sale of the Notes is scheduled to close on November 6, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
